William P. Foley II

William P. Foley II has served as Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet since February 2019. Mr. Foley has also served as Chairman of Black Knight since January 2014 and Chairman of the board of directors of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) since 1984. He served as Chief Executive Officer of FNF from 1984 until May 2007 and as President of FNF from 1984 until December 1994. Mr. Foley also has served as Co-Chairman of FGL Holdings since April 2016 and as Chairman of Cannae since July 2017. Mr. Foley also serves on the boards of directors of The Foley Family Charitable Foundation and the Cummer Museum of Arts and Gardens, and is a founder, trustee and director of The Folded Flag Foundation. Mr. Foley also is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Foley Family Wines Holdings, Inc., a holding company for numerous vineyards and wineries, and Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Black Knight Sports and Entertainment LLC, which is the company that owns the Vegas Golden Knights, a National Hockey League team. Within the past five years, Mr. Foley served as Vice Chairman of FIS and as a director of Ceridian. After receiving his B.S. degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mr. Foley served in the U.S. Air Force, where he attained the rank of captain.

Mr. Foley’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include more than 30 years as a director and executive officer of FNF, his strategic vision, his experience as a board member and executive officer of public and private companies in a wide variety of industries and his strong track record of building and maintaining stockholder value and successfully negotiating and implementing mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Foley provides us with high-value added services and has sufficient time to focus on us.

Chairman of the Board
Ellen R. Alemany

Ellen R. Alemany has served as a member of our board of directors since 2021. Ms. Alemany has served as a special advisor to the Chair of First Citizens since January 2023 and as a director of First Citizens since January 2022. Ms. Alemany formerly served as Vice Chairwoman of First Citizens from January 2022 through December 2022. Ms. Alemany served as Chairwoman, CEO and President of CIT, and as the Chairwoman, CEO and President of its subsidiary CIT Bank, N.A., until CIT was acquired by First Citizens in January 2022. Ms. Alemany joined CIT in October 2015. Ms. Alemany was the Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Bank of Scotland Citizens Financial Group from 2008 until October 2013. Ms. Alemany served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Transaction Services at Citibank/Citigroup from 2006 until 2007, after holding various roles in her twenty-year career with Citibank/Citigroup. Ms. Alemany also serves as a director of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. and formerly served as a director of CIT.

Ms. Alemany’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include her years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Chair and senior executive in the banking industry, strong leadership skills, experience in driving growth and results in large complex business organizations, and extensive knowledge of technology, finance, regulatory and compliance matters.

Douglas K. Ammerman

Douglas K. Ammerman has served as a member of our board of directors since the Take-Private Transaction in February 2019. Mr. Ammerman is a retired partner of KPMG LLP, where he became a partner in 1984. Mr. Ammerman formally retired from KPMG in 2002. He also has served as a director of FNF since 2005, F&G since December 2022 and Stantec Inc. since 2011. Mr. Ammerman formerly served on the boards of El Pollo Loco, Inc., J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. and Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp.

Mr. Ammerman’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his financial and accounting background and expertise, including his 18 years as a partner with KPMG, and his experience as a director on the boards of other companies.

Chinh E. Chu

Chinh E. Chu has served as a member of our board of directors since the Take-Private Transaction in February 2019. Mr. Chu is the Founder and Managing Partner at CC Capital, a private investment firm which he founded in 2015. Before founding CC Capital, Mr. Chu worked at Blackstone from 1990 to 2015. Mr. Chu was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone since 2000, and previously served as Co-Chair of Blackstone’s Private Equity Executive Committee and was a member of Blackstone’s Executive Committee. Mr. Chu has served as Chairman of E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. (f/k/a CC Neuberger Principal Holdings I) and as a director of CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II and CC Neuberger Principal Holdings III. Mr. Chu served as Co-Chairman of FGL Holdings from April 2016 until June 2020 when it was acquired. Mr. Chu served as a director of Collier Creek Holdings, a special purpose acquisition company he co-founded in April 2018, prior to its business combination on June 5, 2020. Mr. Chu previously served as a director of NCR Corporation, Kronos Incorporated, SunGard Data Systems, Inc., Stiefel Laboratories, Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd., Biomet, Inc., Alliant, Celanese Corporation, Nalco Company, DJO Global, Inc., HealthMarkets, Inc., Nycomed, Alliant Insurance Services, Inc., the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange, Graham Packaging and AlliedBarton Security Services. Before joining Blackstone in 1990, Mr. Chu worked at Salomon Brothers in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department.

Mr. Chu’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic business planning, his track record at Blackstone and in advising and managing multi-national companies and his experience serving as a director for various public and private companies.

Thomas M. Hagerty

Thomas M. Hagerty has served as a member of our board of directors since the Take-Private Transaction in February 2019. Mr. Hagerty is a Managing Director of THL, which he joined in 1988. Mr. Hagerty has served as a director of Black Knight and its predecessors since January 2014, and has also served as director of Ceridian HCM Holding, Inc. since September 2013, FleetCor Technologies since November 2014 and FNF since 2005. Mr. Hagerty formerly served on the boards of FTAC, First Bancorp, MoneyGram International and FIS. 

Mr. Hagerty’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his managerial and strategic expertise working with large growth-oriented companies as a Managing Director of THL, a leading private equity firm, and his experience in enhancing value at such companies, along with his expertise in corporate finance.

Anthony M. Jabbour

Anthony Jabbour is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. Anthony’s focus on growth and innovation are foundational to his strong track record of leading successful businesses throughout his career.

Anthony served as the Executive Chairman of Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE:BKI), a premier provider of software, data and analytics to the mortgage and consumer loan, real estate and capital markets verticals from May 2022 through September 2023. He previously was Chairman and CEO of Black Knight where he helped substantially increase organic growth, led the company to deliver numerous digital solutions and other innovative capabilities, and oversaw nine acquisitions to provide greater shareholder value and help transform the industries Black Knight serves.

Prior to joining Black Knight, Anthony was the Chief Operating Officer of FIS, a global leader in financial services technology, ranked as the number one fintech for the past several years.

Anthony joined FIS in 2004, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in operations and delivery services as a key member of the executive leadership team. During his tenure with FIS, Anthony consistently helped the company grow through a solid combination of organic growth, product expansion, market penetration, and strategic acquisitions.

Anthony began his career in IBM’s Global Services group, where he managed complex client relationships and projects, including the launch of a stand-alone internet bank for CIBC, a major Canadian financial institution. That achievement led him to join CIBC, where he built similar capabilities for the company’s U.S. market.

Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto.

Keith J. Jackson

Keith J. Jackson has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2020. Mr. Jackson is President of Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids, a non-profit organization founded by Mr. Jackson in 1993 that is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, and works with at-risk youth to provide positive reinforcement for success. Mr. Jackson also serves on the board of directors of Cadence Bank (formerly BancorpSouth Bank) and the board of trustees of the University of Oklahoma Foundation.

Mr. Jackson’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his experience efficiently running an organization with a focus on community, diversity and inclusion, and his years of service as a director at Cadence Bank.

Kirsten M. Kliphouse

Kirsten M. Kliphouse has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2023. Ms. Kliphouse served as President of Google Cloud Americas, where she was responsible for leading and growing the sales, go-to-market, customer engagement, channel, and services organizations, from March 2022 until her retirement in July 2023. At Google Cloud, she also served as the Global Chair of the Aspiring Leadership Academy and Women@GoogleCloud. Previously, Ms. Kliphouse served as President of the North American division of Google Cloud from July 2019 until March 2022. Ms. Kliphouse has also served as a director of Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings since October 2022.

Prior to Google Cloud, Ms. Kliphouse was Senior Vice President at Red Hat, Inc., a subsidiary of International Business Machines Corporation, from January 2018 to June 2019; Chief Executive Officer of Yardarm Technologies, a hardware and software solutions company, from February 2017 to December 2017; and founder and Chief Executive Officer of Scaling Ventures, a technology investment and advisory firm. Prior to her position at Yardarm, Ms. Kliphouse spent more than 25 years at Microsoft, Inc., where she was part of the executive leadership team and held numerous executive positions in Enterprise Sales, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Partner and Channels, and as Corporate Vice President of Customer Support, Success and Professional Services, during which she led more than 10,000 employees globally. Ms. Kliphouse is a recipient of the Microsoft Founders Award for her superior leadership and contributions to the business. Ms. Kliphouse holds a degree in Computer Information Sciences and Business from Muhlenberg College.

Richard N. Massey

Richard N. Massey has served as a member of our board of directors since the Take-Private Transaction in February 2019. Mr. Massey served as Chief Executive Officer of Cannae since November 2019, and has served on the Cannae board of directors since June 2018. Cannae is a holding company engaged in managing and operating a group of companies and investments and, in Mr. Massey’s role as its Chief Executive Officer, he serves as an executive and/or director of Cannae in some of its portfolio companies. In this capacity, Mr. Massey has served as a director of Alight, Inc., a cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions since April 2021 and its predecessor FTAC from May 2020 until April 2021. Mr. Massey served as Chief Executive Officer of AUS and ASZ, which were blank check companies from January 2021 through December 2022, and served as director of AUS and ASZ until April 2022.

Mr. Massey is a Senior Managing Director of Trasimene Capital Management, LLC, a privately held company, which provides certain management services to Cannae, since November 2019. Mr. Massey is also a longtime partner of Westrock Capital Partners and Bear State Advisors, both privately held multi-family investment partnerships. Mr. Massey was Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel of Alltel Corporation from January 2006 to January 2009. From 2000 until 2006, Mr. Massey served as Managing Director of Stephens, Inc., a private investment bank, during which time his financial advisory practice focused on software and information technology companies. Mr. Massey formerly served as Chairman of Bear State Financial, Inc., as a director of Black knight, Inc., FGL Holdings, Fidelity National Financial, Inc., and Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., and as a director of the following special purpose acquisition companies: Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp., Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II, Austerlitz Acquisition Corp. 1 and Austerlitz Acquisition Corp. II. He also serves as a director of the Oxford American Literary Project, and as a Chairman of the Board of the Arkansas Razorback Foundation.

Mr. Massey has a long and successful track record in corporate finance and investment banking, a financial, strategic, and legal advisor to public and private businesses, and identifying, negotiating, and consummating mergers and acquisitions.

We believe that Mr. Massey is able to fulfill his roles and devote sufficient and attention to his duties as Chief Executive Officer of Cannae and as a director of the other public companies on which he serves. In particular, Cannae is a holding company engaged in managing and operating a group of companies and investments, as well as making additional majority and minority equity portfolio investments in businesses and Mr. Massey is not charged with overseeing the day-to-day operations of such businesses. We believe that Mr. Massey has the ability to devote sufficient time to his service on the DNB board as evidenced by his 100% attendance at board and committee meetings and his active participation in Board discussions.

James A. Quella

James A. Quella has served as a member of our board of directors since the Take-Private event in February 2019. Mr. Quella is a private investor. From January 2013 until January 2023, Mr. Quella served as a Senior Advisor at Blackstone. On June 30, 2013, Mr. Quella retired as a Senior Managing Director and Senior Operating Partner at Blackstone, where he worked since 2004. Mr. Quella was responsible for monitoring the strategy and operational performance of Blackstone’s portfolio companies and providing direct assistance in the oversight of large investments. While at Blackstone, Mr. Quella also served as a director of numerous public and private companies. Mr. Quella served on the board of Neuberger Principal Holdings II from August 2020 until the close of its business combination with Getty Images in July 2022, and on the boards of Michaels Stores, Inc. and The Michael Companies, Inc., where he served as Chairman from 2019-2021, as well as FGL Holdings from 2017 to 2020.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Quella held various positions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Merchant Banking Partners-CFSB Private Equity. Mr. Quella served as Managing Director and Senior Operating Partner at Credit Suisse Private Equity, LLC (formerly, CFSB Private Equity) from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Quella is co-author of Profit Patterns: 30 Ways to Anticipate and Profit from the Strategic Forces Reshaping Your Business. Mr. Quella received his Master of Business Administration, with Dean’s honors, from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Chicago and University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Quella’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his substantial experience in managing businesses; his experience in mergers and acquisitions; his familiarity with corporate finance and strategic business planning activities; and his extensive experience serving as a director for various public and private companies.

Ganesh B. Rao

Ganesh B. Rao has served as a member of our board of directors since the Take-Private in February 2019. Mr. Rao is a Managing Director of THL, which he joined in 2000. Prior to joining THL, Mr. Rao worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department and at Greenlight Capital, a hedge fund. Mr. Rao has served as a director of Black Knight and its predecessors since January 2014 and Ceridian HCM Holding Inc., since September 2013. In his capacity as Managing Director of THL, Mr. Rao also serves on the boards of the following privately held companies: AbacusNext, AmeriLife Group, Auction.com, HighTower Advisors, Nextech, Odessa and as a board observer of Guaranteed Rate.

Mr. Rao’s qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his managerial and strategic expertise working with large growth-oriented companies such as a Managing Director of THL, and his experience with enhancing value at such companies, along with his expertise in corporate finance.
