Tom was appointed Lead Director of the board in December 2016, and serves as Chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee. He has served on the board since June 2013. Tom has been a Lecturer in Law at The University of Chicago Law School, teaching courses on corporate governance, private equity and U.S. China relations, since July 2012. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cerberus Asia Operations & Advisory Limited, a subsidiary of Cerberus Capital Management, a global private equity firm, from April 2010 to June 2012, Chief Executive Officer of Indachin Limited from October 2005 to March 2009, Chairman of China Board Directors Limited from August 2005 to April 2010, and a senior partner with Bain & Company and a member of Bain’s China board and head of Bain’s information technology strategy practice in the Silicon Valley and Asia from August 2003 to January 2005. Prior to that, Tom served as Global Managing Director of the Strategy & Technology Business of Capgemini, Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini Asia Pacific, and Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young Consulting Asia Pacific, where he led the development of consulting and IT service and outsourcing businesses across Asia from June 1996 to January 2003. Early in his career, Tom was with McKinsey & Company, Buddy Systems, Inc. and CSC Index. Tom is also a director of the following public companies: CommScope Holding Company, Inc. and Clear Media Limited. He previously served as a director of iSoftStone Holdings Limited, Asiainfo-Linkage, Gome Electrical Appliances Company and Bank of Communications.
Curtis Brown is Chief Content and Technology Officer, leading technology transformation and the global delivery of Dun & Bradstreet data and analytics across all the company’s customer solutions and channels. Curtis Brown joined Dun & Bradstreet as Chief Information Officer in September 2014. Brown last served as AOL's EVP and Global Chief Technology Officer. Earlier at AOL Brown served as SVP of Technology and Chief Data Officer.
A New York native, Brown is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience across a range of media, internet, information and education-technology driven businesses. He has an extensive background in technology transformation and building and scaling large enterprises, web sites and technical teams. An Internet pioneer, Brown built and launched one of the first music e-commerce sites, MusicBoulevard/CDNow, in 1995.
He has held the title of CTO at Skymall, Oxygen Media, The Princeton Review, McGraw-Hill, Washington Post/Kaplan and AOL. Brown also has extensive experience in product and user experience (UX/UI) managing design studios and product teams in several of his prior positions. Brown has lectured at Columbia University in the field of Executive Information Technology Management, served as a member of the Technology Advisory Board at the New School and the CTO Advisory Council for InfoWorld magazine. He currently serves as an advisor to the Irish Development Association (IDA), as an advisor to the NYC Media Lab, and as an Executive Advisor Board member to Cloudera. Brown is also a governing member of the NYC CIO Summit and a founding member of the New York City CTO Club, a now 15 year-old institution.
A New York native, Brown graduated cum laude from New York University.
Chris joined Dun & Bradstreet in September 2011 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and was appointed Chief Legal Officer in 2014 with global oversight of the company’s legal affairs. In 2017, her role was expanded to lead global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts and to build a global Government Affairs team to ensure Dun & Bradstreet continues to be an ethical, leading global corporate citizen.
Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Chris served as the General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc., a global telecommunications company, following its acquisition of Arbinet Corporation. There she was General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Chris ran the oversight liaison and reporting function in the Office of Financial Stability at the U.S. Department of Treasury following ten years of service at Nextel Communications, later Sprint Nextel Corporation. There she served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer. Before joining Nextel in 1998, Chris served as counsel at Honda of America Mfg. She began her career at Jones Day in the firm's mergers and acquisitions group.
Chris holds a bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) from the Ohio State University and a doctor of jurisprudence degree (with honors) from the Ohio State University College of Law.
Rich is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Dun & Bradstreet.
Rich joined Dun & Bradstreet in September 2003 as CFO of D&B North America. In February 2006, he was named Treasurer and Leader of Investor Relations, External Communications, and Global Financial Planning and Analysis. In July 2008, Rich was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering, and was given the added responsibility of leading North America Finance seven months later. In March 2010, he assumed leadership for Strategy and Corporate Development, and was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in May 2010, a position he held until being named CFO in June 2011.
Rich has been instrumental in driving profitability and margin expansion across the company’s global businesses. He also led the company’s first-ever dividend issuance and multiple public bond offerings.
Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Rich held financial leadership roles at Automatic Data Processing and Procter & Gamble. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.

Roslynn Williams is the Chief People Officer at Dun & Bradstreet.
Roslynn joined Dun & Bradstreet in 2014 as the leader of the company’s global leadership development practice, which includes designing and implementing programs for board-critical roles, executive programs and top 100 initiatives. Roslynn is a certified executive and leadership coach, with expertise and experience in change management and organizational effectiveness; her background in product management and operations also informs her role as a trusted and strategic business advisor.
Prior to joining the company, Roslynn was the founder of Madison Lewis Group, a consulting company focused on executive leadership, coaching, and learning and development programs. Previously, she spent nearly 10 years at AOL, with management roles in human resources, advertising and shared services.
Roslynn holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, as well as certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University’s Center for Continuing and Professional Education.
